Compiling gpgme with MinGW32

Hi,

i need to compile gpgme under windows xp and tryed mingw32 and msys.
./configure works fine and seems to recognize the compiler, but there is an
#include <sys/socket.h> statement in ath.h
this will of course not work. Is there a way to compile the library under windows at all?
