Looking at the idea.c source code (available on the main www.gnupg.org
site) should give you a pretty good trail of breadcrumbs for how to
write your own extension module.

I would recommend that this is not something for a novice programmer to
undertake.  Please ignore me if you're an old hand to C, though.  :)
