Signing Keys in Batch Mode and signature expire question

How can i disable the question :

"Do you want your signature to expire at the same
time?"

when batch signing keys using :

gpg -u [CA-KeyID] --status-fd 1 --passphrase-fd 0
--batch --yes --edit [KeyID-to-be-signed] sign save

i tried using the option --no-ask-cert-expire but that
doesnt work - i thought --yes should answer all these
questions ?
