Patch EccGnuPG 0.1.5

Hi!

Two bugs were found and fixed. You have available a new release of the
ecc patch. The web page is updated:

The mistakes are in the functions: 'verify'(l545) and 'duplicatePoint'
(l1087). Both they are transcription errors, and exist in all previous
versions.

They were discovered when the amount of comments was being increased on
the code. Now its reading could be easy.
