gpgme bug: verify + failed auto key retreival?

This is likely (I would have to check) because it ignored the NODATA error
from GPG. I tightened the error checking to catch more bugs.

The only "solution" without using a different gpg is to remove some error
checks from GPGME entirely, which will trigger new bugs (like gpgme
reporting success when validating certain invalid messages or signatures).
Frankly, I am at a loss what the best solution is here.
We will likely release a new GPGME soon to provide LFS. I will try to come
up with something that'll help you.
