bzip2 support on solaris

Patch 114586-01 for Solaris 9 upgrades bzip2 (SUNWbzip) to 1.0.2  Sorry 
that I didn't catch that earlier.

Once applied, configure detects a working bzip installation and I am
able to build gnupg with bzip2 support.
