GPG random data gathering

Sorry about the long lines. I had the hard line breaks turned off in
Calypso because they break long URLs, but I see that this message board
doesn't re-wrap the messages, which I guess if I'd thought about it makes
sense since some people use GnuPG to sign their messages here. I hope this
post will turn out better, as I've turned on hard breaks at 76 characters.
If this post doesn't look better, I guess I'll have to use a different
email client to post with. Oh well...here goes nothing...
