Apologize in advance for following up.  Apparantly, HP-UX
<limits.h> includes <sys/param.h> which brings in <sys/time.h>
yadda yadda yadda all the autoconf time tests fail due to
conflicts with char $1 ().

Apparantly an autoconf-2.57 breakage?
