On some installations, there are display problems with manpages in
Unicode locales. This is not a gpg bug, but the gpg manpage triggers
this by incorrectly using '-' where '\-' should be used.
Please ask Colin Watson or Michael Piefel for details, I don't know
anything about man/groff.
