preparing GPGME 0.4.2

Hi,

I plan to release GPGME 0.4.2 after it is confirmed that the reported bugs
have been fixed in CVS.  If there are any other small things you found that
could be fixed for 0.4.2, please let us now soon, so that they can be
considered for the upcoming release.
