Changing GPGME's license

I think lots of mail clients use gpgme, like sylpheed and balsa (for which 
I wrote gpg support using gpgme), plus software like gpa or seahorse. I 
don't think you'll get the complete picture by just scanning freshmeat; 
IMHO it's better to list the debian or rpm dependencies to find apps using 
gpgme.

I must admit that I'm quite happy with gpgme - had everything I needed to 
implement RFC2440 and RFC3156 for balsa!
