There is no need for dymanic linking. gpg is a plain old binary which
does only link to libc.
If you have a POSIX or POSIX alike system, the only thing you may
need to provide is a new entropy gatherer.

If you fork it, you better make sure that someone takes responsibility
for maintaining it. Possible grave bugs must be fixed ASAP or you
better forget about any security.
We don't accept changes which render the code unreadable; especially
#ifdef __some_ostype__ are in general not acceptable. There are
already too many of them for RISC OS in the code. However, you might
want to take the changes for RISC OS as an example on how it can be
done - note the scripts/conf-riscos hierarchy for stuff which can't be
handled by autconf.
