gpgme rpm

I guess this didn't go through before:
Jean-Francois Laflamme (jflaflamme at badadmins.org) has created a
gpgme-0.3.14 rpm. It apparently works fine under redhat 8. I put it up
at http://seahorse.sourceforge.net/files/gpgme-0.3.14-1.i386.rpm.
I'm not sure if there are any official gpgme rpms, or any provided by
distros, but if not, this is at least a start. If this doesn't become an
official rpm, and there aren't any others, I hope it would be okay if I
posted a link on http://seahorse.sourceforge.net/download.html for users
that would like an rpm.
