GnuPG CVS code branched

Hi folks,

With the 1.2 release coming soon, I've branched the code in CVS to
create a new stable branch.

If you are tracking CVS, and want to continue getting the development
version, you don't need to do anything.  If you want to track the
stable version that will ultimately become version 1.2, you need to
switch over to the new branch:

  cvs update -R -rSTABLE-BRANCH-1-2
