Importing and using keys with GPGME

In general it does not make sense to encrypt something to someone whom
you don't trust.  So the best way is to locally sign the sign.

Using

  gpgme_recipients_add_name_with_validity (rset, name, GPGME_VALIDITY_FULL);

you should be able to overide it.
