Possible bug re: options file creation on W32

This is propably a problem with the hardcoded values in g10defs.h:
#ifdef HAVE_DRIVE_LETTERS
  #define G10_LOCALEDIR "c:/lib/gnupg/locale"
  #define GNUPG_LIBDIR  "c:/lib/gnupg"
  #define GNUPG_DATADIR "c:/lib/gnupg"
  #define GNUPG_HOMEDIR "c:/gnupg"
#else

The new code uses '\' for W32 directories but some values are still
using the old '/' style. 

We'll fix this in the CVS, thanks.
