[PATCH] dyld support

How do you do this?  I've tried throwing idea.c into cipher and it 
doesn't seem to pick it up automatically.  I've tried configure options 
like --enable-idea and --enable-cipher-idea, but neither seem to work.  
What step have I forgotten?
