how to build GPG 1.0.6 on Win32 platform

Hi there,
Can anybody tell me how to build GPG 1.0.6 on Windows platform? I got
the gnupg-1.0.6.tar.gz and extracted it, but unfortunately it explains
compilation and installation instruction for unix only.
Pls help me in finding out this issue.
