I had experimental setup of TkPGP on WinNT. It worked with
PGP (which was rexec'ed from UNIX box :) It would be very easy
to use TkPGP with GnuPG on Windows. TkPGP still contains the
code to run properly under Windows. However I haven't checked
this functionality for a while, and I usually don't develop on
Windows.
