gpg bug

I cannot compile gnupg on Solaris 2.6 Sparc 5:
1. rndunix.c insludes dynload.h includes mp.h
2. rndunix.c includes g10.h
These result in conflicting defines of MPI.

I fudged the compile of rmndunix.o by using -DIS_MODULE.
This allowed me to make libcipher.a but later make failed to
buiild gpg "undefined rnd_constructor.

My C compiler is gcc 2.7 from cygnus.

(I had no trouble building and installing on Linux).
