This brings up an interesting question; who owns the rights to what when it
comes to PGP?! OpenPGP has to be "public domain" since it's the name of a
standard available to everyone, right? But that's nothing more than the
word open before something that belongs to NAI, right?

Has PGP, inc, or NAI said anything about what they claim as theirs and what
they consider "public domain"?
