It already supports German, French, Italian, Spanish (the dialect from
Spain), Brasilian Portuguese, Polish and Russian....

It's set the same way other software sets it:

Sintaxe: gpg [opções] [arquivos]
assina, verifica, codifica ou decodifica
a operação padrão depende dos dados de entrada
