key expiration time

Hi,

while changing some internal stuff, I found out that the 
key expiration time for all v4 keys (the default) is not
correctly stored:

pub  1024D/57548DCD  created: 1998-07-07 expires: 1972-06-19 
(1)  Werner Koch (gnupg sig) <dd9jn at gnu.org>

Maybe this is the reason, PGP dosn't accept some gnupg signatures.
It is fixed in the next release and luckily the expiration time is
stored in the selfsignature so there is no need to create a new key.

I'll provide a way to change the expiration time in the next release.
