export works

Hi,

I made a new release, the main thing is that "--export" works.

Next release will have the "--import".  I forgot some zlib files
in the last release; they are now included.   I checked the release
on i496--linux and alpha--linux.   


I'd like to collect some keys; use:

 g10 --export --armor | mail g10-keys at isil.d.shuttle.de

to mail them.  I need them to do some testing on keyring management.

I now consider the Linux (alpha and x86) as quite stable; and it does make
sense to start we key generation.
