Alternative Russian translation

Hi,

just want to tell you that we have an alternative russian translation
for GnuPG by QingLong.  Because for some reasons he cannot assign the
copyright to the FSF, we can't put it into the distribution.

You can retrieve it from the the FTP servers at

  ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/contrib/ru.po.gz

and copy it over the supplied file ru.po - but first see which
translation style you like better.
