GnomePGP is back

Hi,

I have been informed, that GnomePGP, a GUI frontend for GnuPG, is
available in a newer version.  I have compiled it and it works
quite nice.  However it still needs some work.  

The copyright notice reads:

 * "gpgp" Gnome/GTK Front for PGP
 * Copyright (C) 1998  Max Valianskiy
 * Copyright (C) 1999 tftp at netscape.net
