[PATCH 8/8] mpi:ec: Introduce ec_*_lli for Weierstrass curves to be less leaky.

* mpi/ec.c (ec_addm_lli, ec_subm_lli, ec_mulm_lli): New.
(dup_point_weierstrass_lli): New, using ec_*_lli.
(add_points_weierstrass_a): Use ec_*_lli.
(mpi_ec_mul_point_lli): Use dup_point_weierstrass_lli.
Remove mpi_point_resize.
