[PATCH 2/2] rijndael-ppc: fix wrong inline assembly constraint

* cipher/rijndael-ppc-function.h (CBC_ENC_FUNC): Fix outiv constraint.

Noticed when trying to compile with powerpc64le clang. GCC accepted the
buggy constraint without complaints.
