An additional problem I found in v1.8.1 with Xcode 9. The
mpih-add1-asm.S asm fails to compile for arm64. Reverting to 1.7.9 also
does not fix the issue.

mpih-add1-asm.S:37:1: error: unknown directive
.type _gcry_mpih_add_n,%function
^
mpih-add1-asm.S:71:1: error: unknown directive
.size _gcry_mpih_add_n,.-_gcry_mpih_add_n;
^
