libgcrypt build errors

I set up mingw32-cpd v0.3.1 on both Linux and OpenBSD. I
configured libgcrypt v1.1.44 with:
./configure CC='/usr/local/lib/mingw32-cpd/bin/i386--mingw32-gcc'
- --host i386-mingw32
The build process fails on both systems. Here's what the Linux
system returned:
